Yes, our technician's travel anywhere in Germany is completely free as standard. Whether you're buying a car in a city center or the smallest village, you don't pay a single euro for travel.
In very rare cases, our local technician may fall ill and we'll send a replacement from another region. We cover most of these extra costs, but occasionally a small travel surcharge may apply. We always play fair – we'll transparently inform you in advance about any changes and potential charges.
Yes! Simply choose the "Express service" and we\'ll inspect the car today or tomorrow at the latest. If we exceptionally can't make it due to capacity, we'll contact you immediately with an alternative date and waive the express surcharge in full.
